Job Responsibilities
1. Develop overseas customers and follow up on inquiries through channels such as Alibaba International Station, exhibitions, and social media;
2. Responsible for quotations, contract signing, documentation, and shipment coordination, and maintain customer relationships;
3. Collect target market demands and certification requirements, and promote localized product adaptation;
4. Assist in completing video factory audits and online demonstrations for overseas customers.
Job Requirements
1. Major in International Trade, Business English, or a related field; English CET-4 or above; able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English;
2. More than 1 year of foreign trade experience in machinery, familiar with export procedures and documentation;
3. Familiarity with platforms such as Alibaba International Station and Made-in-China is preferred.
