Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for executing the production plan in the assembly workshop, personnel scheduling, and on-site 5S management;
2. Control the assembly quality and delivery schedule of the complete machine, and organize rapid handling of production abnormalities;
3. Promote the standardization of assembly processes, preparation of work instructions, and efficiency improvement;
4. Collaborate with procurement, quality, and warehousing to ensure complete material kits and inventory turnover.
Job Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in mechanical assembly production management, having led a team of 15+ people;
2. Familiar with mechanical assembly processes and quality control methods, able to read mechanical drawings;
3. Strong execution ability, skilled in on-site communication and problem solving.
