Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for equipment electrical schematic design, component selection and electrical cabinet layout, and output wiring diagrams and BOM;
2. Responsible for PLC/motion control program writing and debugging (servo, stepper, bus control);
3. Cooperate with mechanical and software teams to complete whole-machine joint debugging, accuracy compensation and safety protection logic;
4. Write electrical technical documents, wiring specifications and troubleshooting manuals.
Job Requirements
1. Major in electrical engineering, automation or related fields, 3+ years of electrical design experience in non-standard equipment;
2. Familiar with servo systems, inverters, sensors and low-voltage power distribution, able to design circuits independently;
3. Familiar with EPLAN/AutoCAD Electrical, experience in CNC or motion control projects is preferred.
