Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, operation training, and acceptance delivery of cutting machines;
2. Handle customers’ daily fault repair requests, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues remotely or on-site;
3. Fill out after-sales service forms and provide feedback on typical faults and improvement suggestions;
4. Assist in completing customer sample proofing and process parameter debugging.
Job Requirements
1. Major in mechatronics, CNC technology, or related fields, with over 1 year of equipment after-sales or maintenance experience;
2. Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings, and skilled in using common testing tools;
3. Hardworking and able to endure hardship, willing to comply with travel arrangements, holding an electrician certificate is preferred.
