Where are you located / Can we visit your factory?
The company is located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province (a core city of the Greater Bay Area), and has a garden-style standalone factory building of 10,000 square meters. You are welcome to book a visit to the factory for inspection, and you may also send materials for free sample proofing.
Do you support free proofing?
Yes, we support that. You can send materials to our factory, and we will provide free sample cutting to verify the cutting results and record a cutting video to send back to you for confirmation. Once you are satisfied, we can then discuss the machine model and configuration.
How long is the equipment warranty / after-sales service
The entire machine has a 12-month warranty (cutting tools are consumables and not covered by the warranty), with engineer remote support and spare parts supply provided, and the after-sales team responds on working days.
How thick can the equipment cut?
The DN series has a standard cutting thickness of 0.2-60mm, with customizable height extension available; the DN3 electronic auxiliary material model has a maximum of 10mm and an accuracy of ±0.02mm. You can send us the material name and thickness directly, and our engineers will confirm the most suitable model for you.
What materials are supported
Supports honeycomb cardboard, corrugated cardboard, hollow board, gray board paper, white card paper, film, composite materials, leather, fabric, rubber board, EPE foam, thermal and sound insulation cotton, gaskets, and other flexible materials. For uncertain materials, you can send samples to the factory for free sample testing and verification.
What is the delivery lead time?
The lead time for standard models is 20% shorter than the industry average, generally 15-20 working days; customized models depend on the configuration. Annual production capacity exceeds 1000 units. Please call 186-6580-6168 to confirm the specific production schedule.

What are the cutting speed and accuracy?
The DN6 series offers a maximum cutting speed of 1200mm/s (actual speed depends on the material and pattern), cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm, repeat positioning accuracy of ≤0.05mm, and the DN3 electronic auxiliary material model can achieve accuracy up to ±0.02mm.

Currently there are 7 models: DN6 general-purpose, DN6-VI large vision, DN8 customized all-around, DN5 small-size standard, DN6-2D intelligent dual-head (synchronous cutting doubles efficiency), DN6-2H intelligent dual-beam (asynchronous cutting), DN3 high-precision for electronic accessories.
